Very good indeed.  We insist that everyone that works with us is currently working in their field.  Georgina (writing), Denise (painting) and Chris (photography) are all making a living from what they teach at the moment.  We are not interested in employing someone that wrote a book or painted a few pictures 20 years ago and now supports their income by teaching the odd week in the sun.  That is not our definition of professional.
